Your Treatment Journey with Maple Med Global
Reach Out and Share the Case
Patients reach out through the free quote form, by email, on WhatsApp, or by phone, describing their condition, any diagnosis, and any results they wish to share. A preferred destination can be noted. Maple Med Global begins researching the right physicians for the case right away.
A Plan and a Clear Quote
The medical teams at our partner hospitals review the case and prepare tailored offers. For rare conditions, physicians with specific experience in the field are identified by also reviewing the academic literature, not limited to our existing network. Patients receive a personalized plan with transparent pricing and can request more than one quote.
Consult, Decide, and Confirm
Patients can meet the treating physician online and ask their questions directly. They may then request another quote or proceed with that physician. The treatment or surgery date is secured with the deposit set out in the quote, and travel, accommodation, and complication insurance support are arranged.
Treatment and Aftercare
During care, Maple Med Global coordinates transfers and stays in regular contact with both the patient and the hospital and physician. After the patient returns home, follow-up check-ins are coordinated. The discharge summary is provided in English or French, so it can be shared with a family doctor if the patient chooses.
Why Maple Med Global
Maple Med Global provides personal, Canada-based coordination, with accredited hospitals and physicians matched to each patient's case.
Canada-based coordination, from one point of contact
From the first inquiry to post-treatment follow-up, every stage is handled by the same Canada-based team. Patients work with a single point of contact, and the hospital, physician, travel, and accommodation are coordinated together.
Access to the treatment they need
Patients gain access to the treatment they are seeking at accredited centers with specific expertise in that field. This includes advanced modalities not currently available in Canada, such as proton and carbon ion therapy.
Case-specific physician matching
Each case is reviewed beyond the existing partner network alone. Physicians are selected by examining their area of expertise, experience, and published clinical work, to identify the team best suited to the case.
International Accreditation
The international hospitals we work with hold Joint Commission International (JCI), Accreditation Canada, or equivalent accreditation.
These accreditations mean each hospital is assessed regularly against international patient safety and quality standards.
01

Infection control, medication safety, and patient care are reviewed.
02
Clinical Quality

03
Regular Independent Review
Accredited hospitals are reassessed at set intervals to maintain these standards.
